parade 4:30 p.m. in downtown Portland. 

Band, vendors, homemade food and ice cream, vintage tractors, bikes, cars, trucks and more following the parade.

August 25-29: Antique Engine and Tractor Show: 

Jay County Fair Grounds.  150 Antique dealers, 50 craft dealers.  Banjo and Fiddlers Contest that Saturday night.
