Staff Biography: Laurette Horn

Laurette Horn Office Manager of WPGW

Laurette Horn is the office manager, and has been empolyed at WPGW Radio for over 28 years.  Laurette started working at WPGW while she was a senior at Jay County High SChool in 1981. Laurette's duties include answering the phone, scheduling all commerical advertising, payroll, billing, accounts receivable and accounts payable.  Other duties include waiting on customers who purchase radio auction items and selling adversiting.  Occasionally, you might even hear Laurette on the air. 

Laurette has been married to Mark Horn for 24 years and they are the parents of Ashley Horn and Brad Horn.      

Laurette is an active member of the Asbury United Methodist Church where she sings in the church choir and plays in the handbell choir.  Laurette is also involved in the United Way campaign.  In her spare time, she enjoys exercising at the Jay Community Center in Portland where she teaches one of the spinning classes.
