Started working at 17 years old, took the FCC radio license test in Fort Wayne in 1980.

I do radio remotes, news, & sports. Have done 25 years of sports broadcasts for Jay County and Fort Recovery. Jeffery has worked for our sister station WZBD-92.7 FM Berne/ Decatur doing play by play for basketball and football broadcasts including: a coach’s show for 11 years. I’m on the air on WPGW AM/FM weekdays 7 am-2:30 pm Monday-Friday and other days when needed. I also make commercials and record interviews. In the 1980’s I had my own in studio simulated radio station at home. One thing I wish that I could do is…tell you the listener “how many words that I’ve said and commercials I’ve made” in almost 30 years. My wife- Lorie (married 18 yrs) three kids..Preston-16, Mackenzie-14, & Shalynn-10. I’ve been a Jay County resident all my life. I enjoy bringing the local radio station to “LIFE”.
